Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
** Most of our Products are Shipped from the US. We have only a few International Suppliers! **

International Shipping
We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions. We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express.
Countries we currently ship to include: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
Estimated international delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–28 business days for standard international service and 3–7 business days for DHL Express.
Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date using our Contact Us Form on the website. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shopify Collective Products Some products in our store are fulfilled by our supplier partners through Shopify Collective. These items may ship separately from other items in your order and may have different delivery timelines. Shipping rates for these items are calculated at checkout.
